 Since our beginning in 1981, CAS' mission has been to be a leader in providing Mailing Lists, Data Processing Services, and Database Marketing Solutions to ensure our clients success. To this end, CAS has been committed to developing its own in-house proprietary software systems for the direct mail and database marketing industries.

 

Over the years, the design and development of these systems have given us an intimate knowledge of the industry. CAS is an ISO 9001 certified company. To become certified our entire customer service area was thoroughly examined, scrutinized, and fine tuned by an independent third party. Customer service that was once very good has now become exceptional. ISO 9001 standards also require continuous monitoring, thus assuring continued high levels of customer service.

At CAS customer service is at the forefront. Our customer service team is always committed to exceeding customer expectations. Exceeding expectations is accomplished through continual improvement and this can only be achieved by having a dedicated and loyal staff. CAS has made it a mission to acquire, train, and retain the best customer service staff available. We believe we have achieved that goal. Currently, we have over 65 years of experience in our customer service area.


CAS Sales Staff
At CAS we have been fortunate to hire qualified salespeople who have had previous experience in the industries that we service. Being an established company, CAS is able to not only attract quality salespeople, but also retain them for long periods of time. In fact, our sales staff currently has over 100 years worth of combined direct marketing experience.

Each salesperson undergoes extensive training and re-training in each aspect of our business. Clients will find high levels of product knowledge combined with years of experience. Our clients are looking for solutions not just products, and CAS has strived to put together a sales team that helps accomplish that task.

 ISO 9001 Certified - Commitment to Quality in our Products & Services

As an ISO 9001 Certified company we are required to maintain a high level of quality assurance in design, development, production and servicing. The ISO 9001 Certification takes approximately two years of documenting internal processes that match daily tasks performed in a normal workday. Initial certification occurs once the documentation is audited and meets the rigorous ISO quality standards. These rigorous standards of quality continue to be maintained through regularly scheduled ongoing audits. CAS is audited by a third party ISO Registrar every six months to maintain the certification.

 

The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) is a worldwide federation of national standards bodies from more than 140 countries, one from each country. The mission of this organization is to promote the development of standardization and related activities in the world with a view to facilitating the international exchange of goods and services, and to developing cooperation in the spheres of intellectual, scientific, technological and economic activity.

 

The aim of ISO is to enhance product quality and reliability at a reasonable price; simplification for improved usability; increased distribution efficiency; and reduction in processing costs. The bottom line is that users have more confidence in products and services that conform to quality standards from an established institution.

 

ISO 9001 is a rigid quality standard to adhere to and maintain, and ensures CAS' leadership position for database and software development, design and implementation in the Direct Marketing industry.
