Our lists are compiled and verified using the most up-to-date technology available.  When we provide a Mailing List for your direct mail marketing campaign, we offer a deliverability guarantee of 92% on Business to Consumer lists and 90% on Business to Business lists if mailed within 30 days of the order.

Should your list fail to perform, we will replace the unsuccessful data with new data at no additional charge to you!  

Deliverability applies solely to the accuracy of the mailing addresses themselves and not to the accuracy of any other element of the mailing list, including, but not limited to, contact names and/or any other demographic / firmagraphic criteria or element.  In any case, CAS's entire liability shall be limited to the amount paid to CAS for the list.
